Between 16th and 30th March 2008 an exclusive attraction, an outdoor photo exhibition takes place in Budapest Szabadság Square, in the park in front of the headquarters of the Hungarian Television as well as on the roads surrounding and crossing through the park. The gigantic photographs showing a hundred different faces of Transylvania are printed on special professional surfaces and will be displayed on installations especially designed for the occasion.

The mission of the photo exhibition „A 100 Faces of Transylvania” is to depict the traditionally multinational Transylvania through its cultural diversity that is reflected in its various people, its architecture, its natural beauties and traditions. With the help of these works of art we would like to draw attention to the 21st century Transylvania where multicultural communities and individuals live side by side each other in peace despite their different cultural and social backgrounds and traditions.
